Holistic Actions for Development and Empowerment HADE is a woman led and community-centered organization dedicated to advancing sustainable development and improving the lives of vulnerable populations in Uganda. Since its inception, HADE has implemented programs that promote women and youth empowerment, environmental conservation, and inclusive community development. The organization increasingly integrates climate resilience, livelihood enhancement, and social equity into its initiatives to build more sustainable and empowered communities  HADE has existence in Kampala  Port bell Luzira on the shores of Lake Victoria,  Arua city and in Yumbe.

HADE works with Adolescent Girls, Youth, and Women (AGYW) towards building self-reliant communities that value and appreciate women’s role in sustainable development.

HADE started from a community mapping group exercise workshop that was facilitated by British Council and the results from the exercise grew from just a workshop activity to a community-focused organization that is supporting Adolescent girls, youth and women (AGYW) to be self-reliant through different interventions.
